JMAC Air Conditioning

We today used JMAC Airconditioning to relocate 2 x wall mounted split systems for our elderly mother from Wilson to Mandurah. They were so professional to deal with from the booking of the job to the completion of the Job. My mother is extremely happy and the tradespersons were very polite, on time and extremely professional leaving both sites clean and tidy. We would highly recommend them to anyone needing a professional job done properly. Nichole :)

Installer with out of the box thinkingRecently I wanted to fixed my aircon in the upstair rooms. This was part of the ducted system, never cool well in the summer. Jason from JMAC came and gave a quote and installed another unit to the upstair two rooms.My initial thought was to install 2 separate split systems to individual rooms. This was the suggestion by the original installer.Jason come out with an excellent idea of installing a seperate ducted system which functions exactly like 2 individual split systems. He made it by zoning the intake as well. This was quite possible with IZONE system installed.This made the system more energy efficient and effective.I red in the internet that this kind of intake zoning is not normally done by an average aircon installer. It was true, my original installer did not come out with this.I really appreciate Jasons's out of the box thinking. World needs this kind of thinking for the future developments.I also should mention, JMAC was very reasonable in their prise and tidy in the workmanship.

In a word 'Fantastic'. From our initial walk in off the street meeting to job completion the whole staff was a pleasure to deal with. Jason and his staff were friendly, professional and very straightforward. There was no 'selling or time pressure'. We outlined our needs and they presented ideas. The installation was completed very professionally and the install team were very nice guys and carried out the task very efficiently. Jason dropped in to review the installation and ensure we were happy with the job. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

JMAC Air Conditioning came to service my reverse cycle ducted home air conditioner and I was impressed with the excellent service that I received. The lovely staff were friendly and accommodating to organise the appointment. The technician that arrived had exceptional customer service. The technician found a few issues with the air conditioner during the service which where communicated to me and were fixed whilst on site. Everything was left clean and tidy along with a well explained summary of what was completed. Very happy. Love the new air-conditioner. Jason did a great job in educating me on different models of air-conditioning units and giving recommendations on where to put the vents in each room (and was patient with my indecisiveness). The whole team were professional and courteous while they were working in my house. Even vacuumed up the ceiling dust afterwards which I wasn't expecting. And the price was good too. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
